Our Passion
Cathy has been in love with the restoration business for over 30 years. An early major project was the revitalization of what is now referred to as the "Brewster House" in Galt California. Originally constructed in 1869 it was a spark that ignited a passion of work when it was brought back to life in the late 1970's and shortly after inducted into the National Register of Historic Places.

Since the birth of Shadyside Restorations work has moved from not only restoring beloved Victorian Era homes, but also working with clients on project design and management, landscapes, commercial building rehabilitation, specialty stair projects and so much more.
